Dr. Benoliel is the Director of the Center for Negotiation () located in Potomac, Maryland, USA. In his 20-year career as a management consultant and corporate trainer, he has trained managers and executives in Advanced Negotiation Strategies; Conflict Management; Strategic Planning, Team Building, and Transformational Leadership in the United States, Asia, Africa, and the Middle-East.
Dr. Benoliel is the professor in Singapore Management University and Singapore Institute of Management. Dr. Benoliel received his doctorate in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University. His dissertation was selected as a finalist to the Donald Bullock Award and in 1991 he received the Special Achievement Award from The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD, D.C.
