WHAT IS NERVONIC ACID?
Nervonic acid(NA) is an unsaturated long chain omega 9 type essential fatty acid 24 carbon 15 (24 :1 n 9) which helps to maintain brain health by assisting in the biosynthesis and maintenance of nerve cell myelin.
